BUY INDIAN ACT The IHS Contracting Officer will give priority for all purchases, regardless of dollar value, by utilizing ISBEE set-aside to the maximum extent possible. Each acquisition of supplies, services or construction that is subject to commercial items (FAR 12.209) or Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) (FAR 13.106) must be set-aside exclusively for ISBEEs. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes; it does not constitute a Request for Quotation (RFQ), or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the Government is not seeking quotes, or proposals at this time. Interested parties shall follow the instructions on how to respond that are listed in the attachment SS-IHS1511402-BI (Buy Indian).
