Project Title: Microbiology Testing Supplies, Reagents and Equipment Tracking Number: SS-GSU-24-0018 The Indian Health Service (IHS), Gallup Service Unit located at 516 E. Nizhoni Blvd., Gallup, New Mexico 87301 is seeking capable sources that can provide Laboratory testing equipment and supplies are required to perform and report diagnostic testing in the Microbiology laboratory. The microbiology auto analyzer and reagents must be capable of performing microbial identification and antibiotic sensitivity analysis to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. The anticipated period of performance is as follows: Base Period: June 1, 2024 – May 31, 2025 1st Option Period: June 1, 2025 – May31, 2026 2nd Option Period: June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027 3rd Option Period: June 1, 2027 – May 31, 2028 4th Option Period: June 1, 2028 – May 31, 2029 The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 325413, In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to provide supplies with those described in this notice. In accordance with the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, the Indian Health Service shall give preference at all times, as far as practicable, to Indian economic enterprises.
