Nizhoni Blvd., Gallup, New Mexico 87301 is seeking capable sources that can provide molecular diagnostic testing supplies, calibration materials, quality control materials and expendables such as cuvettes, waste containers compatible with the Cepheid Infinity analyzer. Sources must also be capable of providing repair parts, routine preventative maintenance services and support to the Cepheid Infinity analyzer currently located in the facility. The anticipated period of performance is as follows: Base Period: April 1, 2024 – March 31, 2025 1st Option Period: April 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026 2nd Option Period: April 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027 3rd Option Period: April 1, 2027 – March 31, 2028 4th Option Period: April 1, 2028 – March 31, 2029 The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 325413, In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to provide supplies with those described in this notice. In accordance with the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, the Indian Health Service shall give preference at all times, as far as practicable, to Indian economic enterprises. THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE ACQUISITION STRATEGY SUCH AS INDIAN-OWNED ENTERPRISE SET ASIDES, TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE, ANY OTHER SOCIO-ECONOMIC SET ASIDE, OR UNRESTRICTED.
