The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Government Contracting Services (GCS) has received a request from the Administration for Native Americans (ANA), to seek sources capable of meeting the objectives set forth in the attached work description. The Government is seeking a vendor to develop, provide, enhance, and sustain quality Technical & Training Assistance (T/TA) to prospective ANA applicants, and ANA grantees as well as provide technical support to the ANA organization. Such T/TA shall be designed to strengthen and expand the capacity of American Indian, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian, and other Pacific Islander communities to thrive.
