The responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. This Sources Sought Synopsis is in support of Market Research being conducted by the Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS). The Government is interested in all potential sources including Small Businesses, Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, HUBZone Small Businesses & Women-Owned Small Businesses. Requirement: Background: The mission of the Indian Health Services is to provide laboratory testing services to the local population. Purpose and Objectives: The purpose of this sources sought is to help determine the interest level amongst businesses that provide Laboratory testing supplies.
