IHS is conducting market research to identify qualified Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises capable of leasing a fully operational mobile CT unit (minimum 32 slices) to the Hopi Health Care Center in Polacca, Arizona for approximately 12 months. The contractor would be responsible for delivery, installation/calibration, connectivity coordination, preventive and corrective maintenance, technical support, training, and demobilization, while the Government anticipates providing CT technologists. Interested firms should address equipment specifications, site/utility requirements, maintenance and training approach, connectivity, recent experience, subcontracting, and estimated 12-month commercial pricing. Respondents should also indicate their earliest operational-readiness capability, including whether they can mobilize within 15, 30, or 45 days after award.
