The contractor would supply all equipment, maintenance, supplies, and qualified personnel to support approximately 24 on-site clinics and 150 biopsy procedures annually. The government is considering a Blanket Purchase Agreement with an ordering period up to five years, or an alternative firm-fixed-price contract with base and option periods. Interested respondents must demonstrate relevant experience, equipment specifications, staffing qualifications, maintenance programs, and operational capacity.
