The Phoenix Indian Medical Center is in need of a Contractor to provide pathology physician services for a base, 12-month period and four (4) 12-month option periods. The requirement is for one (1) full-time pathologist and one (1) part-time pathologist. Services shall be rendered in accordance with the Statement of Work.
