Scope: This requirement obtains Trimble Geomatics software subscription(s) needed to meet mission objectives. Background: The Indian Health Service (IHS) Division of Sanitation Facility Construction is responsible to provide water, sewer and solid waste facilities for Native American housing at, adjacent to, or near Indian Reservations as authorized by Public Law 86-121. Community sizes range from 15 to 10,000 people. IHS is authorized to design, construct and improve facilities and transfer complete facilities to Native American Tribal organizations or other public authorities for operation and maintenance. Requirement: The agency requires the below items in the quantity listed. The agency currently possesses 3 perpetual licenses to Trimble Business Center (TBC) software that require subscription renewals to access the Trimble license server, software upgrades, and support services. The existing subscription expired in January 12 of 2024 and the effective start date for the annual subscription(s) purchased under this order shall be January 12, 2024. The agency currently possesses 4 perpetual licenses to Trimble Access Survey Controller software that require subscription renewals to access software upgrades, and support services. The existing subscriptions expired on varying dates related to the individual survey controllers that they are installed on. The effective start date for the annual subscription(s) purchased under this order will begin on the date that the software subscription updates are installed on the individual Trimble Survey controllers. Subscription services are needed for the current base year as well as for four (4) option years. Software subscription to annually support: • 3 seats of Trimble Business Center • 4 seats of Trimble Access Survey Controller software. Services to include 3 individual Trimble Business Center network licenses and 4 individual Trimble Access software access, access to web-based software downloads, and technical assistance via web and phone. Annual Licenses for use as-needed by IHS staff to complete survey data collection and staking. Cost schedule for the first-year option includes fixed price dollar amounts set by Trimble Geomatics and an estimated 4% inflation per year for additional option years.
