The Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) is in need of a contractor to provide Nuance PowerScribe 360 and Nuance Modlink Integration to include newest upgrade software, hardware, training, and on-going support services for the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) medical providers. PIMC is currently running PowerScribe 360 and Modlink software version 4.0 patch 7. PIMC is using the Nuance software with ISI Radiology (formally VA VistA Imaging) Picture Arching Communication System (PACS) system and IHS Resource and Patient Management System (RPMS). PowerScribe provides the speech recognition system to allow Radiologists to dictate radiology exam findings and automate the structured report transmission back to VistA via HL7 interface, to be included in the Electronic Medical Record for access by the requesting physician. Report templates are based on the procedure code identified in the HL7 order transmitted from VistA, and enables dramatic workflow and productivity improvements over transcription services or manual report entry in VistA. This notice is primarily to gage market capabilities from IEE/ISBEE businesses IAW Buy Indian Act 1910.
