The Contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, facilities, equipment and such other professional competence normally furnished to provide reference laboratory testing and pathology consultation services to the Moapa Indian Health Service (IHS) clinic located on the Moapa River Indian Reservation, Moapa, Nevada. This is a firm-fixed price, requirements type contract to provide laboratory services. The following schedules of prices are for the basic contract period and four (4) one-year option periods. The bidder shall insert the unit price and the total amount for each line item for the specified contract time period. The Agency may implement testing in-house or refer testing to another Government entity during the contract term.
