The vendor will provide training and access to the contractor’s website for the operators to maintain equipment inventory, will set up group messaging by departments or groups, provide an updated schedule of equipment for ordering replacements and new equipment, will routinely review service rates and make updates to the rates as they become available keeping in mind the cost savings to the PIMC, routinely review service areas at the PIMC main hospital and outer buildings on campus, provides on-going service to avoiding “dead zones”, initiates service and/or equipment upgrades as they become available, provides continual service/transmission and 24 hour notification of any action which will disrupt service. Provides credit for any down time.
