This Sources Sought is a market research tool being utilized to determine the availability of qualified small business concerns prior to issuing a Request for Quote. This is not a solicitation for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. All responses will be provided by an e-mail response. No presentations will be scheduled. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.2, The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service, Aberdeen, South Dakota is issuing a Sources Sought notice in support of Market Research to identify firms for the purpose of providing Federal Employment Classification Services that will help achieve Indian Health Service’s commitment to improving the posting of personnel vacancies within the Great Plains Area Human Resource Department. See the attached General Requirements for Federal Employment HR Classification Services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for acquisition is 541612 - Human Resources Consulting Service, and the Size Standard is $16,500,000.00. The Government is interested in all business concerns related to Federal Employment Classification Services. The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice, if applicable, and identify your business status to the identified NAICS code. The written responses to this notice should consist of the following items: Company Name Company Unique Entity ID (12-character alphanumeric ID assigned to an entity by SAM.gov) Company point of contact, mailing address, e-mail address telephone number, fax number and website address. Name, telephone number and e-mail address of a company point of contact that has the authority and knowledge to clarify responses with government representatives.
