Based on the Responses to this Sources Sought Notice/Market Research, the information will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions to determine if this requirement may be set aside under 25 U.S.C.§ 47, Buy-Indian Act, Small Business or if it will be procured through Full and Open Competition.
