This notice is intended strictly for Market Research to determine the availability and technical capability of qualified vendors to fulfill the requiements. The results of this market research will contribut in determining the method of procurement for the equipment listed below. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential, qualified sources and their size classifications, and socioeconomic status. This sources sought notice is primarily to locate Indian Economic Enterprises, but is to also identify any Small Business that may fulfil the requirements for the equipment listed below; This is a request for information only. Again, this is NOT a soliciation for proposals for quotations. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The federal government will not assume any financial responsibility for any costs inucrred in resonding to this notice. Brand Name or Approved Equal Items to be procured are Stryker Orthopaedic Surgical Equipment and Components for the Pine RIdge IHS Hospital in Pine Ridge, South Dakota. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing. Based on the Responses to this Sources Sought Notice/Market Research, the information will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions to determine if this requirement may be set aside under 25 U.S.C.§ 47, Buy-Indian Act, Small Business or if it will be procured through Full and Open Competition. If your organization has the potential capacity to provide the requested equipment,, please provide the following information: Organization name and address, Organization size and type of ownership, Contact person with contact information, i.e. e-mail address and telephone number, and Capability statements.
