The results of this market research will contribut in determining the method of procurement for the equipment listed below. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential, qualified sources and their size classifications, and socioeconomic status. This sources sought notice is primarily to locate Indian Economic Enterprises, but is to also identify any Small Business that may fulfil the requirements for the equipment listed below; This is a request for information only. Again, this is NOT a soliciation for proposals for quotations. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The federal government will not assume any financial responsibility for any costs inucurred in resonding to this notice. Brand Name or Approved Equal Item to be procured and installed are Midmark/Ritter Exam Tables for the Fort Thompson IHS Health Center in Fort Thompson, South Dakota The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 423450 Medical, Dental, and Hospital Equipment and Supplies Merchant Wholesalers. Based on the Responses to this Sources Sought Notice/Market Research, the information will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions to determine if this requirement may be set aside under 25 U.S.C.§ 47, Buy-Indian Act, Small Business or if it will be procured through Full and Open Competition.
