This Sources Sought is a market research tool being utilized to determine the availability of qualified small business concerns prior to issuing a Request for Quote. This is not a solicitation for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. All responses will be provided by an e-mail response. No presentations will be scheduled. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.2, The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service, Aberdeen, South Dakota is issuing a Sources Sought notice in support of Market Research to identify firms for the purpose of providing a Board Certified Obstetrics/Gynecologist (OB/GYN) Physician (1) and support staff (Nurse (1) and Ultrasound Technician (1)). The Indian Health Service (IHS) at the Standing Rock Service Unit, which includes Fort Yates IHS Hospital (FYH), Fort Yates, North Dakota and the McLaughlin Health Center (MHC), McLaughlin, South Dakota, requires Physician and Support Staff assistance for OB/GYN Services. ***Please remember, as it is written in the SOW, providers must be Credentialed and Privileged at a local hospital (Bismarck) to perform deliveries and surgeries. Fort Yates Hospital does not have a surgery suite or delivery room. See Statement of Work. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621111 which has a corresponding Size Standard of $12.0 million. The Government is interested in Native-Owned, 8(a), Small Business and Small Disadvantaged Business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HUBZone, and Women-Owned Small Business concerns. The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice, if applicable, and identify your business status to the identified NAICS code.
