This is not a solicitation for quotes and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.2, The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service, Aberdeen, South Dakota, is conducting a Sources Sought notice in support of Market Research to identify firms for the purpose of providing a Registered Dietician. The Rapid City, Sioux San, IHS Hospital Rapid City, South Dakota, requires assistance in Dietician Services to provide education classes and individual consultation for clients and families for the Special Diabetes Program for Indians (SDPI) at the Okiciyapi Fitness Center. Primarily incumbent will be required to work regular business hours which are 8:00am-4:30pm. No on call status. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes are 621 – Health Care and Social Assistance, 621399, Offices of All Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners with a Small Business Size Standard of $8.0 million. Or, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes are 561 – Administrative and Support, Waste Management and Remediation Services, 561320, Temporary Help Services, with a Small Business Size Standard of $30.0 million. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in Native-Owned, 8(a), Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HubZone, and Women-Owned Small Business concerns. The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your business status to the identified NAICS code(s).
