This notice DOES NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote or invitation for bid. This Sources Sought is a market research tool being utilized to determine potential offerors. This is not a solicitation for quotes and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. All responses will be provided by an e-mail response. No presentations will be scheduled. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.2, The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service, Aberdeen, South Dakota, is conducting a Sources Sought notice for two (2) Registered Nurses to provide acute care nursing for the Inpatient Department at the Rosebud IHS Hospital, Rosebud, South Dakota. Hours will be require night or day shits of no less than 12 Hours during a compressed 12-hour work schedule. The contractor will not be on standby or call back during this contract. Hours are subject to change when the staff is unavailable or when there is a decrease in staff. Shifts are 0600-1830 and 1800 -0630. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes are 561 – Administrative and Support, Waste Management and Remediation Services, 561320, Temporary Help Services, with a Small Business Size Standard of $30.0 million. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in Native-Owned, 8(a), Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HubZone, and Women-Owned Small Business concerns. The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your business status to the identified NAICS code.
