This Sources Sought Notice is a market research tool being utilized solely to determine the availability of qualified small business concerns prior to issuing a solicitation. This Sources Sought Notice is for information and planning purposes only. This is not a solicitation for proposals/quotes/bids, and no contract will be awarded from information received in response to this announcement. Any information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice is voluntary, and the Government will not reimburse any costs associated with developing or providing information in response to this announcement. The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service (GPAIHS), Aberdeen, South Dakota, is issuing this Sources Sought Notice in support of market research to identify qualified small business firms capable of providing Loader service on a CASE 721 Loader for the Rosebud Indian Health Service Hospital, Rosebud, South Dakota. See the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 (Offices of Physicians – except Mental Health Specialists), which has a corresponding Size Standard of $7.5M. The Government invites responses from qualified small businesses, including, but not limited to: Small Businesses, Indian Economic Enterprises; Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses; Certified HUBZone Small Businesses; Small Disadvantaged Businesses; and Women Owned Small Businesses. Interested parties should be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), located at www.sam.gov. Interested parties must respond to this notice in writing no later than December 2, 2024.
