The responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS) is conducting this SOURCES SOUGHT to identify IEE or ISBEE companies capable of providing reference laboratory and pathology services for the BILLINGS IHS SUs. Vendors should capable of providing services/materials under an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to support molecular laboratory analyzer equipment, COVID-19 testing Kits (reagents) and service/maintenance agreements. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. This Sources Sought Notice is being conducted to meet the reference laboratory and pathology services requirements (NAICS 621511); small business size standard is $36.50, the annual average receipts. The primary purpose of this requirement is to acquire reference laboratory and pathology services for the BILLINGS AREA IHS SERVICE UNITS at the following locations: Blackfeet Service Unit Blackfeet Community Hospital, Browning Montana; Crow Service Unit Crow/Northern Cheyenne Hospital, Crow Agency Montana; Lodge Grass Health Center, Lodge Grass Montana; Pryor Health Center, Pryor, Montana; Fort Belknap Service Unit Fort Belknap Hospital, Harlem Montana; Wind River Service Unit Fort Washakie Health Center, Fort Washakie Wyoming; Northern Cheyenne service Unit Northern Cheyenne Health Center, Lame Deer Montana; Fort Peck service Unit Vern E. Gibbs Health Center, Poplar Montana; Chief Redstone Health Center, Wolf Point Montana; and Little Shell Service Unit, Great Falls Montana. Little Shell Health Center Period of Performance: The anticipated period of performance will be for 12 continuous months from the date of contract award plus four (4) option years. However, firms should understand that generic capability statements are not sufficient for effective evaluation of their capacity and capability to perform the work required. Responses must directly demonstrate the company’s capability, experience, and ability to provide reference laboratory and pathology services.
