Pre-Solicitation Synopsis The Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center located at 516 East Nizhoni Blvd, Gallup, New Mexico 87301 has an upcoming requirement for Medical Supply – OR Specialty Supplies BPA. The period of performance will begin August 11, 2025 through August 10, 2026 with four option years if exercised. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 339113 – Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 800. The request for solicitation will be using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by August 1, 2025. Evaluation factors may include quality assurance, meeting quantity demands, price, and familiarity of products. Quotes will be due on or by August 8, 2025.
