The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Government Contracting Services (GCS) has received a request from the Administration on Children, Youth, and Families (ACYF) to seek sources capable of meeting the objectives set forth in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The Government is seeking a contractor to provide technical assistance to child welfare agencies to build their capacity to provide high quality services to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer/Questioning, Intersex, and other identities (LGBTQI+) children, youth/ young adults, families, and caregivers served by child welfare agencies (the LGBTQ+ foster care community).
