This notice is intended strictly for Market Research to determine if a 100% Set Aside for Small Business Indian Firms can fulfill the requirements set forth in this request for information. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification/socioeconomic status (Small Business Indian Firms). This is a Request for Information only. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service is conducting a market survey to help determine the availability of the following item/service: NAICS Code: 811310. Description: Heidelberg Spectralis Optical Coherence Tomographer (OCT), Serial Number: SPEC-CAM-20488-S2610. The Vendor shall provide a Full Service Maintenance Agreement to resolve malfunctions including replacement parts and need for labor either by: Telephone On-Site Visit by a Technical Representative Or, at a Vendor’s Service Center Period of Performance: Base and Four 12-Month Option years.
