The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Government Contracting Services (GCS) has received a request from the Office on Trafficking in Persons (OTIP) to seek sources capable of meeting the objectives set forth in the attached work description. The Government is seeking a vendor to produce and develop specialized animated which increase awareness and utilization of various programs, and resources that help to highlight and promote the work of the organization. All videos are expected to reflect the diversity of the those impacted by human trafficking.
