Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research (FNLCR) Operated by Leidos Biomedical Research, Inc. (Leidos Biomed) for the National Cancer Institute requires an IDIQ for Research services for NCI-Frederick. The FNLCR is a Government-Owned Contractor-Operated (GOCO) Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC) located at Fort Detrick, Maryland. The FNLCR partners with university, government, and corporate scientists to speed the translation of laboratory research into new diagnostic tests and treatments for cancer and AIDS. FNLCR is a multi-program laboratory currently operated by Leidos Biomedical Research Inc. (Leidos Biomed) for the National Cancer Institute (NCI) under Prime Contracts 75N91019D00024 & HHSN261201500003I. The Government assumes no liability for reimbursement for any effort or associated costs to respond, nor for any information provided as a result of this notice as no information is being requested. Description of Work: The Subcontractor shall provide all resources required to maintain core clinical research infrastructure and a research lab. These services are currently under contract / subcontract and continuity of service is imperative. The Subcontractor will be tasked to provide Services to support the Partnership for Research on Vaccines and Infectious Diseases in Liberia (PREVAIL) clinical research infrastructure and operations, include but are not limited to the following technical services: Program Coordination, Human Resources Management, Supply Chain Logistics, Clinical Research Site Operations, Facilities Site Management, Travel Support, Accounting and Financial Management, Social Mobilization and Community Engagement, Regulatory and Ethics, Information Technology (IT), Administrative Support, Learning and Professional Development (L&PD), and Provide for an Orderly Transition Closeout in support of the clinical research infrastructure. Offerors will be asked to propose innovative and creative approaches to the above while keeping with current scientific technology and trends as may be applicable to the mission of NCI-Frederick. Services will be awarded to one Subcontractor through a single IDIQ Agreement with an anticipated five (5) accompanying individual Task Order Agreements. Leidos Biomedical Research, Inc.
