The Contractor(s) shall fulfill orders from the FDA on an as-needed basis for biologics and other drugs currently sold in the US market. The FDA will request both brand name and biosimilar products, which may include, but are not limited to, monoclonal antibodies, bispecific antibodies, enzymes, cytokines, growth factors, fusion proteins, antibody-drug conjugates, peptide therapeutics and drug-device combination products, related molecules, small molecules, complex products, and contrast agents. A listing of the minimum anticipated products that will be requested for purchase is presented in Attachment 1 – Minimum Drug List. Other products not listed in Attachment 1- Minimum Drug List may also be requested. The Contractor shall be able to supply a comprehensive list of pharmaceutical products to the FDA, including but not limited to those products listed in Attachment 1.
