2D High-Density Multi-Electrode Array Electrophysiology Platform
The FDA Office of Acquisitions and Grants Services is seeking an unrestricted commercial acquisition for a 2D High-Density Multi-Electrode Array (MEA) Electrophysiology Platform, including hardware, software, accessories, initial consumables, installation, system verification, calibration, training, warranty coverage, and preventive maintenance options. Award will be made on a lowest price technically acceptable basis to a responsible offeror whose quotation passes the mandatory minimum technical requirements. The base requirement includes the equipment and associated supplies/services plus a two-year warranty from final Government acceptance, with three one-year option periods for preventative maintenance and repair services. The acquisition is subject to the Trade Agreements Act, and offerors must provide country of origin for all end products and complete applicable representations and certifications, including an active SAM.gov registration and UEI. All solicitation documents, attachments, amendments, and Government responses to questions will be posted on SAM.gov, and offerors are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for updates.
