RFQ-75H70922Q-024 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR part 12, Commercial Items and FAR part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, FAR 37.101, Non-Personal Services Contract; and HHSAR Subpart 326.6, Acquisitions Under the Buy Indian Act.
