The Government intends to Solicit and Award a Firm Fixed Price, Base Plus Four One Year Options, IDIQ, Requirements Contract for the testing, certification, preventive maintenance, and repair of various pharmacy and laboratory biological safety cabinets, laminar flow and other hoods/cabinets and workrooms/stations as well as consultative services for compliance with USP 797, USP 800 and related standards at multiple hospitals, health centers and clinics within North and South Dakota. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to the services for this procurement is: 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance and the Classification Code assigned is: J066 Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment—Instruments and Laboratory Equipment.. Indian Health Service intends to set-aside this requirement as a 100% small business set-aside. Interested partires are required to be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). Registration may be accomplished at SAM.Gov; The government will not delay the award of this requirement for the purpose of allowing any entity additional time to register in SAM. This Solicitation is to be issued on November 18, 2022 and will be posted to Sam.gov; Hard copies will not be available - all documents for proposal purposes will be posted via SAM.gov and may be downloaded.
