It will includ... The Contractor shall publish an online supplement to an academic journal. The supplement topic focus is on the development and implementation of computable clinical practice guidelines. It will include the publication of four manuscripts plus a leadership commentary, for a total of five articles. The supplement will run up to 40 editorial pages in full color in online format. This will include up to 40 pages/production, color, tagging, typesetting and copyediting, promotion, online posting, open access and licensing, and distribution of the supplement to subscribers electronically. Up to eight pieces of supplemental digital content (SDC) (e.g., peer-reviewed podcast, audio and video files, power point presentations, or additional tables/graphs/images) may be included for posting and publishing with the supplement. An editorial team, to be determined, will serve as the supplement editorial team and will coordinate submission of each manuscript. All manuscripts will undergo the traditional peer-review process. The full supplement will be available as HTML and PDF online. The journal supplement should be indexed in MEDLINE and searchable through PubMed. All the supplement’s articles and SDC will be published open access, meaning the content will be freely available ad infinitum.
