This announcement constitutes the only solicitation (a written solicitation will not be issued) and quotes are being requested. This acquisition is being posted as a Request for Quotes with a small business set-aside. In the event quotes are evaluated as equal in Technical evaluation, Delivery / Lead-time and price will become a major consideration in selecting the successful Vendor.
