The Pine Ridge Indian Health Service has a requirement for the following supply/service: Mat and Mop Services The Pine Ridge Indian Health Service (IHS) Hospital has a requirement for mat and mop services for the Pine Ridge IHS Hospital, Public Health Nursing Building, the Diabetes Building, Martin Health Clinic, Kyle Health Center, Kyle Four Directions and the Kyle Wellness Center. These are all located on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota. This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ), in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. For details, please refer to attached document titled “RFQ No. RFQ-PR25-005” and all attachments. Please be sure to thoroughly review all documents. Per FAR 15.201 - Exchanges with Industry, before receipt of proposals, please include “RFQ No. RFQ-PR25-005” in the subject line when requesting information regarding the solicitation via e-mail only to mary.sarenana@ihs.gov. Please submit questions no later than 3:00 pm MST on Monday, March 24th, 2025. Offers will be accepted via email to mary.sarenana@ihs.gov until 4:00 pm MST on Friday, March 28th, 2025.
