The Pine Ridge Indian Health Service (IHS) located in Pine Ridge, SD is seeking offers from a contractor to provide Bayer Product SDS-CTP-SCS Dual Syringe Kit. See attached Request for Quote for details. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government reserves the right to issue a firm-fixed price single award or multiple awards to the contractor(s) whose offer represents the Lowest Technically Acceptable (LTPA); award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated.
