This is a single-source commercial acquisition directed to Navajo Communications Co., Inc. for continued PRI telecommunications/data circuit services supporting Indian Health Service facilities at Tsaile Health Center and Rock Point Clinic in Arizona. The contractor must maintain uninterrupted existing service for healthcare communications, emergency coordination, network connectivity, medical transport coordination, fax capability, and daily operations, with no unauthorized service changes. The anticipated period of performance is 12 consecutive months from award, with firm-fixed monthly and 12-month extended pricing for each location. Evaluation will focus on technical acceptability/continuity of service, past performance, and price reasonableness, and award depends on required approvals, funding availability, and a fair-and-reasonable price determination. The Government will post a SAM.gov Notice of Intent to Sole Source and may reassess the single-source strategy if another capable source is identified.
