This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,” as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) is seeking a contractor to provide the procurement, installation and support services for an audiovisual (AV) event space consisting of eight meeting rooms (Conference Center), a central video production system (Video operations center), and digital signage for wayfinding. In addition, there are two additional meeting spaces support Bio-Visualization. Submit quotes on RFQ-NIAID-2102124. This solicitation is a request for quotes (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-01 effective December 6, 2021. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541519 Other Computer Related Services with a small business size standard of $30.0 Million. This acquisition will be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Subpart 13.5 – Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items and is a total small business set aside. The Government anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Priced purchase order. The Government will award one firm fixed price purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the vendor whose quotation conforms to the solicitation and represents the best value to the government. Evaluations will be performed in accordance with the evaluation criteria outlined in Sections L and M in the RFQ. NIAID will make a Best Value Determination in consideration of technical and price.
