The Northeast Medical Products Laboratory (NMPL) is validating several Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (LCMS) methods that will be transferred from the Center of Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER) to the field laboratories. The validation and subsequent sample analyses will require processing an extensive amount of data on the Q-Exactive LCMS. A comprehensive software package that is compatible with Q-Exactive LCMS is required to meet the processing and data reporting needs.The LCMS software (or the equivalent) is required for processing extensive amount of data that will be generated during method validation and sample analyses on a Q-Exactive LCMS system. The software package will be used in conjunction with the upgraded version of the existing Tracefinder (or the equivalent) software for the Q-Exactive LCMS which allows for data review, processing and reporting of data with FDA worksheets.
