End of Amendment The Billings Area – Crow Service Unit, Indian Health Service (IHS) is requesting quotes in response to RFQ-CSU-23-001-JJP for Medical Insurance Claims Eligibility Verification and Clearinghouse Services, Crow/Northern Cheyenne Hospital (CSU), and outlying Clinics. The CSU/IHS intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for Clearinghouse and Eligibility Verification Services as provided in the scope of work. The procurement was conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 - Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and FAR 37.101- Non-personal Services Contracts. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is: 518210 and the small business size standard is $35.0 million. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Circular FAC 2022-07. This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business Indian Firms (SBIF) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act 25 U.S.C. 47. If IHS does not receive at least two offers that are reasonably priced offers from SBIF’s, IHS will then evaluate quotes and consider award to other small business concerns under the following 5-tier cascading set-aside (in order of first consideration to last consideration): • 1st Tier—Small Business Indian Firms • 2nd Tier – Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses • 3rd Tier – Certified HubZone Small Businesses • 4th Tier – Small Disadvantage Businesses • 5th Tier—All other Small Business Concerns Offers are due 11/7/2022, 02:00pm MST SEE ATTACHMENTS FOR DETAILS
