The CSU/IHS intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for the Laundry Services as provided in the scope of work. The procurement is conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Part 37.101, Non-Personal Services, Subject to the Service Contract Act Wage Determination Number: 2015-5397 Revision: 17 Date: 03/15/2022. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Circular FAC 2022-06. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is: 812332 and the small business size standard is $41.5 million.
