This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. b. The (IHS) Cheyenne River Health Center intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price, Commercial Item, Purchase Order, in response to Request for Quote(RFQ) CRHC20-43. (ii) This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued via solicitation number CRHC20-43. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06, dated 05/06/2020 (iv) This RFQ is issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside and the associated NAICS code is 238220 with a small business size standard of $16.5M. (v) The quoted unit price is all-inclusive. All “inclusive cost” is defined to include, but not limited to travel, lodging, per diem, benefits, fuel, freight etc., plus all other costs pertinent to the performance of this contract. Complete attached price schedule. (vi) Description of Equipment/Service: Water Heater and Expansion tanks replacement and installation per attached specifications. (vii) The period of performance is FOB Destination within 60 days ARO. Delivery to: Cheyenne River Health Center, 24276 166th Street, Airport Road, Eagle Butte, South Dakota 57625.
