The Indian Health Service is seeking to establish one or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for non-personal Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physician services to support government-operated healthcare facilities throughout the Phoenix Area. Performance will occur at facilities identified in individual BPA Calls, with a 5-year ordering period from the date of award. Services include comprehensive outpatient primary care, preventive care, medication management, and documentation in the government electronic health record. This acquisition is restricted to Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) under the Buy Indian Act. Quoters must provide fully burdened hourly rates, and awards will be based on technical capability, relevant experience, past performance, and price.
