This is a five-year, firm-fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement for a brand-name Copan Wasp specimen processor, laboratory supplies, and a service agreement. The place of performance and delivery is the Phoenix Indian Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. The award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer, with evaluation based on technical capability, past performance, and price. Offers must include pricing for all contract line items and a completed service agreement. Invoices must be submitted electronically through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
