The proposed contract action is to provide non-personal professional MEDIA DESTRUCTION SERVICES FOR THE PHOENIX AREA INDIAN HEALTH SERVICES (PAIHS) LOCATED IN PHOENIX, ARIZONA in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
