The Government intends to enter into multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA), in accordance with FAR 13.303. A blanket purchase agreement (BPA) is a simplified method of filling anticipated repetitive needs for supplies or services by establishing "charge accounts" with qualified sources of supply. In this case, we aim to establish multiple (2-3) award BPAs. Each BPA holder must provide the following: Provide completed Indian Economic Enterprise Representation form. Authorized reseller or distributor agreement required for the following brands: Cisco and Crestron; the two are Brand Name Only requirements, all other identified products are acceptable as Brand Name or Equal. During that five years, you can issue Calls against the contract to fund any of the rooms outlined in the SOW, or small, medium or large rooms.
