This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and the reference number is Colorado River Service Unit . This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-77 and the Health and Human Services Acquisition Regulation(HHSAR). The Offeror(s) must quote on an all or none basis. Written quotes are required (oral offers will not be accepted). Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. Please include CAGE Code, DUNS, Tax Identification Number, FOB Point, Discount Terms and Delivery Date. The NAICS Code is 532289 Size Standard is $7.5 Mil. The enclosed solicitation is for any business concerns. Colorado River Service Unit (CRSU) requires the lease of furniture to allow use of our newly build transient quarters till furniture can be procured. There are a total of four one bedroom one bath units at 576 sq. ft. of living space. Due to the units being Transient Government quarters we are to furnish the units for our employees who rent on a nightly basis. These units include one ADA compliant unit and requires specific furniture to be placed in unit. The selected contractor must be able to respond to deliveries, installation, operating supplies/replacements, scheduled maintenance and incidental services during the lease period described herein, as well as be prepared with emergency response capabilities.
