This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and the reference number is Hopi HealthCare Center. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-77 and the Health and Human Services Acquisition Regulation(HHSAR). The Hopi Health Care Center requires a primary analyzer that utilizes PCR molecular testing on a single platform that is a fully automated system consisting of a computer-data management system (includes color monitor, printer, and software), Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) and Silver Service Contract for a term of 60 months. The PCR test system is a critical part of obstetric medicine and used for performing STAT vaginitis testing on HHCC patients in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases as well as preventive medicine care by the healthcare providers.
