*** Due to new FAR deviation, all WOSB must be certified or pending in Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS)*** The Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC), is seeking Lodging... *** Due to new FAR deviation, all WOSB must be certified or pending in Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS)*** The Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC), is seeking Lodging and Accommodation services for the PIMC Integrated Surgical Services Department patients. The Phoenix Indian Medical Center facility is located in Phoenix, Arizona. The Contractor shall provide all lodging, meals and transportation required for PIMC patient and adult aide services in accordance with the Scope of Work. The unit price paid to the Contractor shall be considered as payment in full for services provided under this contract. Please See attached SOW for full requirement. Contractor must meet the minimum qualifications and/or requirements set forth within the Request for Quote (RFQ) and must be capable of providing all core services set forth in the Scope of Work (SOW).
