This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a non-personal service contract for Fire Alarm Testing, Inspection and Monitoring at the Northern Cheyenne Service Unit, Lame Deer, Montana. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; therefore, a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition procedures pursuant to the authority of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures; and FAR 37.101, Non-Personal Services Contract. The Northern Cheyenne Service Unit, Lame Deer, Montana, intends to award a firm fixed price contract in response to Request for Quotation (RFQ)-21-001-TRS. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-09. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns.
