The Contractor shall provide Elevator and Dumbwaiter Maintenance and Inspection services at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC). The Contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, facilities, equipment and such other professional competence normally furnished to provide Elevator/Dumbwaiter Testing and Maintenance services to meet the manufacturer’s specification at Phoenix Indian Medical Center, located in Phoenix, Arizona. The service shall provide annual preventive maintenance services (PMs), calibrations, repairs, replace parts, vandalism, labor and travel, 24 hours /7 days a week (full service) coverage shall include regular service (business hours from 8:00 A.M., to 4:30 P.M.), and emergency/after-hours calls from 4:30 P.M., to 8:00 A.M (full service) and holidays.
