This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued GENERAL: The Phoenix Indian Medical Center currently has a need for annual preventive maintenance, repairs, parts replacement (as required), upgrade software, un-schedule repairs, emergency repairs include after hours (4:30pm – 8:00am), replace filters, labor and travel for Sterizone Sterilization system VP4 and ON2 Oxygen Concentrators located in Central Sterile Room. The agreement shall be a full service. The medical equipment are located at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) in Phoenix, Arizona. This will be a base plus four option year contract. The PIMC is located at the address below: 1.1 Phoenix Indian Medical Center 4212 N. 16th Street Phoenix, Arizona 85016 Please see attached SOW for full scope of work.
